H1N1 Flu Vaccines:

The H1N1 Flu Vaccine is available at Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc.  If you have not yet received your vaccination, please call our office today to schedule an appointment.  Despite the warm weather, the CDC still encourages everyone to be vaccinated against both the seasonal and H1N1 flu viruses.

Sports Physicals:

Does your child need a sports physical?  Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. offers complete annual and sports physical examinations.  Call today to schedule an appointment.  

 

Athletes of Central Loudoun Youth Football League (CLYFL) and Ashburn Youth Football League (AYFL):

Nova Medical Group will offer a free sports physical and form completion for the athletes of the Central Loudoun Youth Football League (CLYFL) and Ashburn Youth Football League (AYFL) this summer when the athlete schedules and completes his/her annual physical examination at Nova.  Annual physicals will be submitted through insurance companies.  Unless additional testing or labs are required, families will only be responsible for their insurance co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance for the annual physical.  For those athletes without health insurance, there will be a $30 fee for the sports physical and form completion.  Please schedule your appointment with Board Certified Pediatrician Dr. Joseph Skoloff today by calling 703.554.1100.  Please mention that you are a member of the CLYFL or AYFL when scheduling.  Those athletes with health insurance who have already had their annual physical elsewhere are welcome to visit the urgent care center for the $70 walk-in sports physical fee. 

 

Members of the AYFL: the leagues sports physical form/paperwork must be presented at the time of the appointment.  Members of the CLYFL: proof of league registration must be presented at the time of the appointment.

 

Parents of the AYFL and CLYFL: Receive a complimentary spa gift and voucher for $10 off any service of $50 or more from The Medical Spa at Nova when you bring your child in for his physical examination.  The voucher cannot be used for BOTOX and/or other dermal fillers or toward the purchase of spa products.
